Customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. We are available for enquiries any time of day, via email or WhatsApp text, and we always welcome your feedback and comments. Our customer service hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 4pm, and during these hours we aim to reply to each message, in the order they are received, within 24 hours. Messages sent outside of our normal hours will be answered the next business day.
