We hope that you'll love your items as much as we do.

However, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@giafernandez.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Earrings can only be returned if faulty.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Orders will always be shipped within three working days, although every effort is made to ship as soon as possible.

We use Royal Mail Second Class to ship our products. Your order should arrive within 4-7 days.

At Gia Fernandez we prioritise quality - quality of our products and quality of our customer service.

Our 18K gold plated products are nickel free therefore described as hypoallergenic.

Although allergic reactions to gold are very rare they are not impossible.

We also work with natural stones, crystals, pearls (cultured or faux), cubic zirconia, stainless steel, sterling silver and many other jewellery and accessories items.

When possible follow these simple steps to keep your jewellery looking their best for longer:

Store each item individually in their own box or pouches;

Remove jewellery before showering, exercising, swimming or applying hand sanitiser;

Remove jewellery before washing your hands and wait for any hand cream/hand sanitiser to dry before handling your jewellery;

Wait for any make up, hair spray and perfume to dry before putting any jewellery items on.
